WHAT'S AT STAKE?
Will we live under a Constitution and a Bill Of Rights?
OR
Will we be dominated by the changing whims of politicians?

When those in government respect and defend your rights
it shows up in everything they do.

When those in government endeavor to devise ways to
gain more money for government by destroying your rights,
that too is reflected in everything they do.

Please consider using this as a gauge when you
consider who you want representing you.

Listen to what they say then compare carefully to what they do.

Clearly, this county government is going too far
in restricting what you do on your property.

Clearly, it is an abuse of 'Eminent Domain' to seize the private
property of an individual for sale to a private corporation.

Clearly, there has been a failure to protect the
property rights of individuals.
What can you do, today, in PUTNAM COUNTY
WITHOUT getting permission from government?
If you have to get permission for whatever you do,
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

Freedom is NOT safe - Securityis NOT freedom

In a 'Constitutional Republic' such as TheUnited States
of America, the "rights" of the individual outweigh the
"preferences" of the majority.  That is why they are
called 'Rights' instead of 'privileges'.

We must not continue to tolerate the abuse of eminent domain
to seize private property for sale to developers.  This is just
one more way to sell our neighbor’s rights for our own profits.

History records that in this country the presence of a "Clear and present
danger to others" (not a 'supposed' or 'imagined' threat), or a clear violation
of the 'rights' of another person, are the only justifiable reasons to abridge
the liberty or property rights of an individual.

--- Do you believe that your liberty and property rights are more important
     than money, appearance, and power?
---Do you believe that money, appearance, and power are more important
than your liberty and property rights?
---Are you willing to give up your liberty for the illusion of security?
---Do you believe like our Founding Fathers that liberty and property rights
are more important than even your life or your fortune.
---Do you believe that your neighbor's rights are as valuable as your own?
---Do YOU want to control others and FORCE them to live the way YOU want?
---Are you willing to "Live and Let Live" and tolerate the freedoms of
others in order to secure your own freedoms?
